Q: Does the designer pay the permit fees?A: No. Owners will be responsible for any review and permit fees. 
Q: Once we receive our permit, how long do we have to complete the project?A: 90-180 days, depending on the location and type of project. 
Q: If our permit expires, what do we do?A: A fee can be paid to the authority having jurisdiction for permit reissuance. 
Q: Do we need to print our approved plans and keep them on site?A: Yes. The inspector will want an approved set of plans on site, during the construction process.  
Q: Will you print our plans? A: Yes. Plans can be printed for a fe.
